Hi there.

I am Carolina, Functional Nutritional Therapy Practitioner, Restart® Program instructor and Autoimmune Protocol Certified Coach.

I help my clients to find optimal wellness in their health journey by supporting them with individualized nutritional and lifestyle recommendations.

I also have an autoimmune disease and learned that it is possible to be and feel the best version of myself not only by changing what I ate, but also by addressing some lifestyle factors. You can learn how to do that too!

I provide support in both English and Spanish.

Hello, my name is Jamie Bennett and I am a certified Nutritional Therapy Practitioner, specializing in inflammatory and autoimmune conditions. In addition to being certified as an AIP coach, I am also certified in the RESTART program.

Since 2008, I have been researching holistic approaches including dietary intervention for autoimmunity, Lyme disease, and autism due to my own family’s medical issues. I wanted to improve our health through diet without the use of prescription medication. In 2017, I began the Autoimmune Protocol. This was a game changer! For so long I had lost the benchmark on what normal was, on who I was. Almost instantly, I began to feel better and in just a few short months, I had found myself again.

Today, I work to help others feel as good as I do by removing stressors from their body and repairing the damage that has occurred. This restorative process is done through nutrition and supplementation on a bioindividual basis. Meaning, YOUR protocol is tailored to YOUR life, YOUR body, and the pace that YOU’RE comfortable with.

Changes, in both diet and lifestyle, must be functional to work and a practitioner is only as good as her client’s successes. Let me help you succeed on your road 2 RECOVERY.

Trish coaches individuals on how to best manage their autoimmune condition(s) through diet and lifestyle, teaching them how to reduce inflammation and increase nutrient density so they can live happy, fulfilled lives and be as symptom free as possible.

Her mission is to help people feel great… well enough to enjoy the people they love and do the things they want to do (and were meant to do) in this lifetime.

Trish is passionate about helping others who are struggling with autoimmune disease because she knows first hand what it’s like to feel alone with a diagnosis and unsure where to turn next. AIP’s been an invaluable gift and tool in helping her manage Hashimoto’s and live a vibrant life in the process.

She’s certified as a Nutrition Therapy Practitioner and AIP coach. Previous work as a private chef and teaching cooking classes also greatly enhance her practice, as does being spiritually minded, intuitive and compassionate.

Her approach to holistic nutrition involves:

• Offering advice, support, encouragement and motivation as clients work towards their personal goals, clarify their values and do the work that’s necessary to recalibrate themselves.
• Simplifying overwhelm and striving to make the process as fun, creative, delicious and least restrictive as possible.
• Emphasizing key lifestyle components including; the importance of our thought/belief patterns, quality sleep, daily movement, spiritual connection, nourishing relationships, stress management, building resiliency and unconditional self love, care and compassion.
• Listening in a non-judgmental way, seeking to understand an individuals’ whole story.
• Valuing and honoring the uniqueness of each client.
• Sharing recipes, cooking tips and resources to help set them up for success in the future.
• Providing private cooking instruction, either 1:1 or with small groups – in person or remotely.

Hi! My name is Ludivine de Menten or Ludy. I worked about 10 years in Pharmaceutical companies developing drugs for patients with autoimmune and chronic diseases. My health journey led me to change career, seek knowledge on holistic modalities to manage the 2 autoimmune diseases I was diagnosed with, Hashimoto (Dx at 25yo) and Vitiligo (Dx at 15yo), and help others with what I learned.

I now support people with autoimmune or inflammatory diseases to manage their symptoms with nutrient-rich food and an anti-inflammatory lifestyle, and fine-tuning with nutrigenomics and epigenetics.

By fully nourishing your whole body (mind, cells & soul), you can express the genes allowing your body to heal and switch off the harmful genes responsible for health issues, and, ultimately, regenerate your body and thrive.

Originally from Belgium and living today in Raleigh, NC, I’m offering AIP Coaching and Genomic Medicine/Nutrigenomics recommendations in English or French.

Hello! My name is Lucinda (Cindy) Henry, and I am an experienced, nationally certified, advanced practice clinician with a specialty in endocrine surgery and thyroid health, and autoimmune disease management. I myself am an autoimmune disease patient, having battled with both Grave’s and Celiac Disease. Despite my struggles, after finding AIP over seven years ago, I am now healthy, strong, and living my best quality life! I am also a mother to two beautiful daughters and wife to my high school sweetheart. I grew up on a ranch on the windswept plains of eastern Colorado, herding cattle on a horse named Tank and helping my folks with brandings and wheat harvests. After graduating from a small rural high school, I completed my Bachelor’s degree in Psychology at the University of Mississippi and my Master’s of Counseling Psychology degree at Arizona State University. Later, I earned a Master’s of Science degree in Physician Assistant Studies at A.T. Still University. I maintain my membership in the American Academy of Physician Assistants and am a certified Autoimmune Paleo Health Coach. My interest in endocrine disorders stems from my own struggles with autoimmune thyroid disease; in fact, I underwent a total thyroidectomy in 2019 and now help my own patients navigate life before and after thyroid and parathyroid surgery. I specialize in management of autoimmunity and have experienced significant improvement in my own autoimmune disease following surgery and lifestyle changes. In my free time, I love traveling, baking, and taking long walks with my husband and two daughters, and also enjoy running, yoga, reading, and anything and everything Disney!

Jesse St. Jean Functional Nutritional Therapy Practitioner

Like many nutrition and health coaches, I was inspired by my own journey with autoimmune disease and the Autoimmune Protocol to become a Functional Nutritional Therapy Practitioner and a Certified AIP Coach. I was diagnosed with Ulcerative Colitis in 2013 and Chronic Lyme Disease in 2018 after a lifetime of seemingly unexplainable digestive and immune symptoms. I found AIP a year after being diagnosed with UC and it quite literally changed everything about my life! It took me some time and troubleshooting to start seeing those life-changing results, but AIP ultimately led me to a life filled with healing, both personally and professionally.

One of the biggest tools that changed the trajectory of my health was learning how to advocate for myself and be the leader in my own healing journey. As a FNTP and Certified AIP Coach, I want to empower all people who desire to reclaim their wellness through nutrition-centered coaching. I will teach you the skills and tools you need to nourish your body and take control of your health while supporting you in reaching your wellness goals. I meet with clients virtually, through video and telephone calls, to meet you where you are making it easy and convenient. I can’t wait to walk your healing journey together!
