AIP CERTIFIED COACH DIRECTORY
Julianne Taylor Registered Nutritionist
My interest in nutrition and its impact on health was ignited over 20 years ago when diet changes, including adding paleo choices 10 years ago, led to reductions in many niggling health issues related to auto-immune disease and inflammation (Hashimoto’s, joint inflammation and Raynaud’s). This inspired me to retrain as a nutritionist, (I am also a qualified nurse) so that I could help others improve their own health through dietary changes. In my postgraduate research, I focussed on diet studies and Rheumatoid arthritis. I interviewed 10 people with RA who used a paleo diet or AIP to ameliorate their symptoms. As a result I gained a lot of insight into how people implemented and maintained this regime over time. As a nutritionist the areas I help people with include; managing metabolic syndrome and type 2 diabetes using reduced carbohydrate and low glycemic load plans, nutrition strategies for managing auto-immune disease and reducing inflammation, including the auto-immune protocol, as well as weight loss, and nutrition for strength training. I am also a FitGenes genetic testing practitioner. My nutrition career has been varied, as addition to working with clients, I have run workshops and delivered seminars, and have also worked as a researcher on a number of nutrition related documentaries. I see people in person through Feel Fresh Nutrition in Auckland, New Zealand, as well as virtually. My hobby is powerlifting, which I started only 4 years ago. I compete nationally and in 2019 I represented NZ in the IPF Worlds, something unimaginable with my previous joint inflammation. (Masters 3, 52kg class).
Sonia Sidle, FNTP Functional Nutritional Therapy Practitioner
Montgomery, TX, 77316
Hi, I am Sonia Sidle, Functional Nutritional Therapy Practitioner (NTP), certified by the Nutritional Therapy Association.
My journey to wellness started many many years ago when I got diagnosed with Hashimoto’s Thyroiditis. I had all kinds of symptoms like dry skin, weight gain, foggy brain and more and I naively believed that conventional medicine would be able to help me out. For years I lived with those symptoms while suffering from endometriosis at the same time, and with no end in sight I decided that enough was enough. With the help of an integrative doctor, I discovered the AutoImmune Protocol (AIP) and was feeling better within three months. Then our teenage son was diagnosed with Hashimoto’s as well; even though his pediatrician did not agree with the AIP approach at first, he finally agreed to put him on it. Same thing happened to our son, all of his symptoms disappeared.
Going through all of this as a family really opened my eyes to the fact that food is medicine and I decided that I could help so many others dealing with the same type of issues. With my experience as a practitioner and as someone who has dealt with autoimmune diseases, I can help guide my clients individually or as a family either in-person or virtually.
Originally from France and living today in Montgomery, TX, I’m offering my FNTP & HTMA services as well as my AIP Coaching in English or French.

Hello! My name is Debi Bryk and I am a Board Certified Holistic Nutritionist, Health Educator, and member of the National Association of Nutrition Professionals (NANP). I am also a Reiki Practitioner, wife, and mother of 4 wonderful children.
My passion for food as medicine began many years ago as I saw so many family members and friends suffering from various conditions that were not improving with conventional medicine as well as my own health declining. Through dietary and lifestyle changes, I have been blessed to not only heal myself, but help many others achieve their optimal health.
As a holistic practitioner I address the whole individual: diet, lifestyle, stress, environmental, toxicity, detoxification, spiritual, and emotional. I specialize in gut health and autoimmune disease and offer an individualized approach as we are all biologically different; therefore, there is no specific diet that is perfect for everyone. I also offer genetic testing which can be a helpful guide in determining the best diet and lifestyle based on your genetics in order to help prevent inflammation or disease and improve or maintain health.
I work with clients one on one either in person or remotely. I also offer nutrition classes and employee wellness programs. Please feel free to contact me for a complimentary phone consultation to discuss your concerns or learn more.

Auckland, north shore 0630
Kia Ora! My name is Vicky and I am married to the most supportive husband in the world, have two incredible (grown up) children and a fabulous extended family. I formally trained as a New Zealand Registered Nurse over 20 years ago and worked in our public hospital system in surgical/orthopaedics and paediatrics. I also have a group fitness certificate and hold a Level 1 Crossfit Coach certificate. I enjoy sunny walks on the beach with my bulldog, yoga and days out fishing with my family. Looking back, my journey in health began as teenager when I acquired ‘Glandular Fever’ and my body struggled often since then. I started to consider nutrition as an important lifestyle factor as a member of the crossfit community when I was introduced to the Paleo diet. When my son started school and it was recognised that he had a different learning style, I developed a keen interest in fostering wellness through lifestyle rather than choosing medication for him. Fast forward a few years and myself plus two other close family members developed chronic illnesses (Thyroid disease, Alzheimers and Rheumatoid Arthritis) which has led me into the world of Autoimmune Protocol and more! I have a passion for working with those who are committed to their own health and would like the support and guidance of a knowledgable and compassionate coach. Feel free to contact me and join you on your journey to wellness, so that you may enjoy restored energy and the quality of life we all deserve.

After healing myself through a complex maze of health issues using diet and lifestyle measures, I want to give back and return the blessings by guiding and supporting others in their wellness journey. I can particularly relate to the feeling of approaching older age and feeling helpless and powerless to reverse all the little niggly things: poor sleep, forgetfulness, weight and blood glucose creeping up, depression, anxiety, mysterious aches and pains, body stiffness and the general feeling that life and vitality are slipping away. Health professionals may fob you off and put it down to “your age”. Not so! I had all those things and more when I began to look into ancestral health at age 52. Now at 58 I am free of most of them and know I can look forward to a potent, useful older age as I have full control over how well I feel. It’s the best gift I’ve ever had and I love to share it with those who are motivated and prepared to do the work to change the things that are causing ill health.
Heidi Weiss, MPH, NTP Integrative Health Educator, Nutritional Therapy Practitioner

Portland, Oregon 97202

Hi! I am Heidi Weiss. I hold a bachelor’s degree in Chinese from Reed College, and a master’s of Public Health in Health Education/Integrative Health from Portland State University. As a result of my lifelong interest in nutrition as the foundation of health, I certified as a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner (NTP) and founded Portland Pilates Collective and Wellness Center in 2006.
My travels in Asia in my twenties and exploration of ancient Chinese medical texts in my undergraduate education led me to deepen these studies by exploring the field of nutritional anthropology during my master’s studies. After having children and discovering food intolerances in both myself and my children, I became more passionate about learning about and using therapeutic diets to bring about healing. I have witnessed the profound benefits of adopting the AIP diet and lifestyle in both clients and friends, and am very inspired about the potential this movement has for turning the tide of the growing incidence of auto-immune disease worldwide.
In my sessions with clients, I use a combination of motivational interviewing, manual bodywork, pressure point therapy, and intuitive energy work. My experience with evolutionary astrology, nutritional anthropology, and energy work techniques from the Reiki and Jin Shin Jyutsu traditions also inform my work. I offer both group nutrition classes and one-on-one nutrition sessions in my Southeast Portland location.
Lucie Šitinová Nutritional Therapy Practitioner
I am Lucie and I am here to help you with your autoimmune disease. My own struggle with autoimmune rheumatoid arthritis thought me how powerful changes in what you are eating and in your lifestyle can be. Let me introduce you the whole concept of AIP protocol and lead and support you through all the (sometimes pretty challenging) changes so that you can feel your best!
I am a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner since 2015, specialized in paleo and lower-carb diets and lifestyle. Now I am also an AIP certified coach, not only helping through 1:1 meetings (both in-person and online) but also teaching workshops and giving public lectures (mostly in Prague, CZ) to spread the word about AIP even more. I offer a group coaching program and by the end of 2021 there will be published my new AIP cookbook!
Food is my great passion since I was a child, you can find a lot of AIP, paleo or low-carb recipes on my website. I can help you with tips about cooking, making everything easier and faster, such as cooking in batches, finding new recipes that even your family will love etc.
I am really looking forward to meeting you!
