Therese Revitte Master Nutrition Therapist
Centennial, Colorado 80121
Hi, I’m Therese Revitte, Master Nutrition Therapist. It was my own experience with autoimmunity that pointed me in the direction of prevention and health. I studied organic gardening, permaculture, food quality and eventually enrolled at Nutrition Therapy Institute. As I earned my MNT certification, I focused on learning about how and why autoimmunity happens and how to rebalance the immune system. I learned how our country’s food production has changed drastically for the worse in the past 100 years, while our environment and lifestyles have become more toxic and unhealthy. These factors put a great strain on our immune systems – no wonder they function improperly!
This is my very personal testimonial that when you give the body what it needs, it will respond and heal. It’s not always easy, because living a healing lifestyle isn’t mainstream. But the outcome – feeling well – is the reward.
I live in the Denver, Colorado area where I run my private practice, Live Bright Nutrition Therapy. I work with clients who have all sorts of health goals and conditions. I specialize in autoimmune clients. I’m dedicated to teaching people how to tap into their best health and happiness through individualized, targeted nutrition and lifestyle strategies. I look forward to being on your team!
Vicky Swanson, RN, CHC Certified Health Coach

7 Rewi Street
Auckland, north shore 0630
Kia Ora! My name is Vicky and I am married to the most supportive husband in the world, have two incredible (grown up) children and a fabulous extended family. I formally trained as a New Zealand Registered Nurse over 20 years ago and worked in our public hospital system in surgical/orthopaedics and paediatrics. I also have a group fitness certificate and hold a Level 1 Crossfit Coach certificate. I enjoy sunny walks on the beach with my bulldog, yoga and days out fishing with my family. Looking back, my journey in health began as teenager when I acquired ‘Glandular Fever’ and my body struggled often since then. I started to consider nutrition as an important lifestyle factor as a member of the crossfit community when I was introduced to the Paleo diet. When my son started school and it was recognised that he had a different learning style, I developed a keen interest in fostering wellness through lifestyle rather than choosing medication for him. Fast forward a few years and myself plus two other close family members developed chronic illnesses (Thyroid disease, Alzheimers and Rheumatoid Arthritis) which has led me into the world of Autoimmune Protocol and more! I have a passion for working with those who are committed to their own health and would like the support and guidance of a knowledgable and compassionate coach. Feel free to contact me and join you on your journey to wellness, so that you may enjoy restored energy and the quality of life we all deserve.

Stacy Smith, NTC Functional Wellness Advisor
Hi – I’m Stacy and I’m here to guide you along the path to your best health. I’m a Certified Nutritional Therapy Consultant (NTC) through the Nutritional Therapy Association, AIP Certified Coach, and Functional Wellness Advisor. After being diagnosed with lupus and anti-phospholipid antibody syndrome in 2015, I was told repeatedly that dietary changes were irrelevant in the management of autoimmunity. My own experience couldn’t be more different, and led me to become a relentless proponent for the healing power of food. AIP has been instrumental in managing my own health, and I’ve been fortunate to see so many other autoimmune warriors have powerful and positive experiences of their own. Through my private practice, Viridis Wellness, LLC, I put my passion into action helping clients achieve their wellness goals through education, empowerment, accountability and positive, long-term, lifestyle changes. I specialize in wellness recovery with autoimmunity, connecting with nature, improving gut health, blood sugar regulation, holistic sports performance, autoimmune athletes and corporate wellness. My view is that wellness comes from addressing the whole person. I enjoy working virtually with long-distance clients as well as in-person with local clients, and offer a variety of group education programs. If you’re ready to take the first step towards your highest wellness and need a partner on your journey, let’s talk about where you want to go. Complimentary 15-minute discovery calls are available by request.
Aaliia Majid certified aip coach, health chef
Saint-Petersburg, LO 188678
Hello everybody! My name is Aaliya, and I am a professional chef with experience of more than 15 years.
My journey to the autoimmune protocol began with a personal story. I will not go into details.
I got sick, I was diagnosed with an autoimmune disease, the doctors gave pills and said, “go home”.
Despite taking the medicine, I did not feel better. But only worse. And the weight just took off at the speed of the train.
What I just didn’t do
Dukan, raw food diet, Japanese and all sorts of other diets.
Everything helped for a while
I just got worse. And the weight was approaching one hundred kilograms.
On the figure of 95 kg and a complete lack of taste for life, I told myself to stop ⛔
And I decided to study my condition, what they say about it in the world. My path ran through Ayurveda to immunodietology and the autoimmune nutrition protocol)))
And it helped!
food that does not kill you, but makes you healthy.
A diet that gives you strength and allows you to turn an autoimmune disease into remission.
Now my weight is 63-65 kg. I am full of strength and energy. And I realized that this is now my destiny and vocation.
tell people about AIP, cook, learn to cook and change your lifestyle, talk about proper nutrition and the relationship of nutrition with immunity.
I hope I inspired you a little.
And to all those who are just starting their journey, AIP or starting and quitting, I want to offer my help.
Together we will take this path to health!
Mollie Ressler, MPT, ATC, CSCS Physical Therapist, Professional Coach
1939 Wilmington Dr.
Fort Collins, Colorado 80525
Hi! I am Mollie Ressler and I have a great deal of compassion for people and their life stories. My road to becoming an AIP certified coach began with my own midlife panic attack that landed me in an ER while on vacation in gorgeous Banff, Canada and 11 months of thinking I was literally dying before being diagnosed with Hashimoto’s Thyroiditis and finding my way to AIP. I am a Physical Therapist and Professional Life Coach through iPEC (International Profession Excellence in Coaching). My physical therapy practice is specialized around pelvic health and I treat Lichen Sclerosis, Vulvodynia, Endometriosis, PCOS, Interstitial Cystitis, IBS and Ulcerative Colitis. All of these autoimmune conditions can also present with debilitating musculoskeletal dysfunctions.
I am really thrilled and excited to add AIP certified to my tool kit because this protocol only helps strengthen the potential healing that this population of patients can experience. I was helping patients with conventional PT knowledge now I can knock it out of the park with the knowledge of AIP and healing foods!
