Hi! My name is Karly, and I am a wife to a super husband and mom to two fabulous boys and three barking fur kids. Throughout my life I have been on a pretty crazy health journey that only became more complex after finding out our oldest son is Autistic. After being diagnosed with multiple autoimmune diseases I was forced to slow down and learn how to listen to my body. Through nutrient dense foods and a non-toxic lifestyle I have overcome large obstacles through this journey. I’ve come to the realization that I couldn’t sit back and keep this knowledge to myself! I became a Functional Nutritional Therapy Practitioner to help other families navigate the real food, non-toxic lifestyle because I believe in real food while not missing out on the good things in life… I like to make food better for our bodies! After being supported by a fantastic Functional Medicine Doctor who helped me to navigate my own autoimmune journey I knew I needed to become an AIP Certified Coach, to be able to help others to successfully navigate their own autoimmune journey.
Finding Nutritional Therapy has had an impact on my own family that I hope shows through to my clients. My goal is to remove some of the trial and error that occurs when you begin a wellness journey. Had my family and I known about The RESTART® Program when we began this journey more than a decade ago I can only imagine how many hurdles we could have avoided! I encourage all of my clients to begin there to remove some of the initial learning curve and ease into this new journey giving your mind and body the support it is craving.
Caroline Lamont Certified health & nutrition coach
As a functional medicine health coach, I use AIP and individualised interventions to get to the root causes of your autoimmunity. Together we work in making profound and long-lasting changes which will turn your health around.
Autoimmune sufferers often suffer in silence – I know, I was one of them. The prognosis offered by doctors is pretty dire. And yet, through functional medicine, so much can be achieved. At worst, you’ll dramatically reduce your pain and improve your energy and vitality to the point of not feeling constantly exhausted. At best, you may achieve remission.
I’m a very practical, action orientated person and I apply the same philosophy to my health coaching practice: we work on positive habits creation, all of which have to be achievable and fit around your life – it’s about small incremental modifications that add up to huge changes. I also totally believe in enjoying this process, so we will make it as fun as possible. It doesn’t mean it will be easy every day, but I will support you to make it as easy as possible.
I work with individuals on a one-to-one basis. I also run group programmes, which are not only hugely effective, but also cost efficient for those who have a smaller budget or don’t feel the need for fully personalised support.
My clients to-date have achieved positive improvements in as little as 6 weeks.
My programmes will allow you to short-cut the process and achieve the types of results it took me more than a year to achieve by myself.

Hege Skirbekk Livsstilssykepleier, Helse og AIP Coach
Email: [email protected]

My learning journey goes hand-in-hand with my healing journey. First I experienced – by coincidence, I was born skeptical – the wonderful and intrinsically logic world of natural healing, combining body and soul symptoms to the individual key to health, and I started to learn how to use that key. Though, I could not solve all of my ailments until, in 2019, I discovered one of the most powerful tools ever – the Autoimmune Protocol. I was so overwhelmed by the results that I decided to become a Certified Coach.
My wish is to take you by the hand and teach and help you practically, theoretically and motivationally through your personal healing path, using mainly the AIP as an instrument which I will teach you to play, and my knowledge as a Naturopathist to make sure that you are performing the right song.
All my life I have been a food enthusiast, and the AIP made me even more creative. I am looking forward to help you with my online praxis.
I live in Norway, but I’m half Swiss and half Italian, and I speak fluently Italian, German, French, English and Norwegian.

Shelley Hurguy Registered Nurse, Certified Holistic Health Coach, Certified Clinical Nutritionist
As a functional nutritionist, I partner with my clients to identify foods and lifestyle practices that may be sabotaging their health and contributing to their symptoms. I work with people who struggle with gastrointestinal issues, auto-immunity, food sensitivities/allergies and neurological symptoms like anxiety, depression and/or brain fog. I also offer guidance managing high cholesterol, type II diabetes, and weight loss. Each client is honored for their bio-individuality and receives a personalized program based on their unique physiology, state of mind and personal health goals. In addition to dietary recommendations, my clients receive recommended lifestyle modifications, addressing aspects such as sleep, hydration, stress management and self-care. I have struggled with health issues and understand what it means to be forced to make changes that are uncomfortable in order to bring your body back into balance. I have walked in the shoes of my clients along my own healing journey. I am committed to meeting my clients where they are and staying by their side as they take control of their health again.
Becca Reichenberger, NTP Certified Nutrition Therapist
My passion for healing through nutrition began over 15 years ago after being diagnosed with chronic fatigue syndrome and immune dysfunction, and several years later was diagnosed with Hashimoto’s Thyroiditis. Through much trial and error, I made gradual changes in my diet, learned how to better manage my stress, and create balance in my life. In 2016 I left a high stress career and went back to school at Nutrition Therapy Institute in Denver, CO. While seeking additional tools for my own healing, I found AIP – how I wish I had the AIP tools and knowledge years ago for my own health.
My goal with clients is to be a partner in the restoration of overall health and provide them with guidance and tools they need. It is important to recognize bio-individuality and utilize various approaches to healing vs “one size fits all”. I am thrilled when clients experience improvements – large and small.
Food can be healing, or it can be toxic. Nutritional support – consuming whole, nutrient-dense foods and eliminating problem/trigger foods, along with healthy lifestyle choices can lead to healing of the whole person – body, mind, and soul. By starting where you are and resetting old patterns, habits, and beliefs, you can embark on a journey of optimal health. Why settle for feeling just “ok”, when you can thrive?
