As someone who has undergone AIP for health benefits, I must say that it has opened the door to a life of lower stress, better sleep, and far less pain. The AIP practice represents a significant lifestyle change, but the added value of feeling great is that I, finally, can HEAR my body speak. Whereas before, I was deaf to my body’s needs. AIP has made a consequential impact on how I live my life, and my wish is to pass this knowledge on to others in need.

I am a Certified Nutritional Practitioner and an AIP Certified Coach, located in Prague, Czech Republic. I have started my nutritional practice in the fall of 2020, and I am currently focusing on clients with chronic and autoimmune illnesses.

Hovořím česky a anglicky.

My name is Patricia Shelton, and I am a Naturopathic Nutritional Therapist and Certified Functional Medicine Practitioner based in Zurich, Switzerland. I work with clients one-on-one to understand each person’s unique nutritional needs and make diet and lifestyle recommendations tailored to the individual.

I believe that what works for one person may not work for another and that a combination of your genes, family traditions and values, and life experiences, gives your body a different set of requirements to function optimally than that of anyone else. The focus in my nutritional therapy practice is to restore balance where years of imbalance have led to noticeable symptoms.

I specialize in supporting individuals with autoimmune diseases, hormone imbalances, food intolerances/allergies, and cognitive decline, and have specific interest in sports nutrition and in weight management and body composition optimization.

I am American, studied at the College of Naturopathic Medicine in London, and currently practice in Zurich.  I am a registered nutritional therapist (DipNT), certified functional medicine practitioner (IFMCP), registered with BANT (mBANT) and the Institute for Functional Medicine (IFM) and have certifications as an Autoimmune Paleo Coach, SIBO practitioner, and Center for Integrative Sports Nutrition (CISN) as well as ReCode practitioner training in reversal of cognitive decline in line with the Dale Bredesen protocol and Apollo Health.

Hi! I’m Len Schulze. I’m a holistic nutritionist, and it’s my passion to help others regain health and well-being naturally by balancing body, mind, and spirit. For optimal health, all three must be in balance.

I believe that each person is a bio-individual. This means we each have specific nutrient needs based on genetics, past and current health challenges, childhood and current food intake, stress level, age, pharmacological intake, and activity level. There is no one-size-fits-all health and wellness regime. Each of us has lived a unique life so each one of us has varying health and wellness needs.

To guide my clients back to balance, I focus on:
Functional testing (gut dysbiosis, food sensitivities, hormones, adrenal)
Nutritious food to balance blood sugar
Movement and joyful activities
Stress management
Positive thoughts and gratitude
Restful sleep
Internal energy cultivation – Qigong

Through my own healing journey, I discovered a wonderful practice called Qigong. This ancient practice is part of Traditional Chinese Medicine. It involves movement and visualizations that calm, cultivate, and rebalance your internal life-force energy. I incorporate this work with clients, as appropriate.

My practice primarily focuses on restoring optimal digestion and re-balancing gut dysbiosis, autoimmune conditions, and preparing for pregnancy (fertility preparation).

Becca Reichenberger, NTP Certified Nutrition Therapist

Address:
Denver, Colorado
USA

My passion for healing through nutrition began over 15 years ago after being diagnosed with chronic fatigue syndrome and immune dysfunction, and several years later was diagnosed with Hashimoto’s Thyroiditis. Through much trial and error, I made gradual changes in my diet, learned how to better manage my stress, and create balance in my life. In 2016 I left a high stress career and went back to school at Nutrition Therapy Institute in Denver, CO. While seeking additional tools for my own healing, I found AIP – how I wish I had the AIP tools and knowledge years ago for my own health.

My goal with clients is to be a partner in the restoration of overall health and provide them with guidance and tools they need. It is important to recognize bio-individuality and utilize various approaches to healing vs “one size fits all”. I am thrilled when clients experience improvements – large and small.

Food can be healing, or it can be toxic. Nutritional support – consuming whole, nutrient-dense foods and eliminating problem/trigger foods, along with healthy lifestyle choices can lead to healing of the whole person – body, mind, and soul. By starting where you are and resetting old patterns, habits, and beliefs, you can embark on a journey of optimal health. Why settle for feeling just “ok”, when you can thrive?
