I’m a registered Nutritional Therapist and Health Coach that aims to help people feel like the best version on themselves!
I have lived with close family members struggling with autoimmune conditions for many years, and I wanted to help. After extensive research I learnt about the power of diet and lifestyle interventions, so I trained at a Nutritional Therapist with the highly regarded Institute for Optimum Nutrition, and now have my own clinic supporting others through their autoimmune journey.
I am available for face to face and online consultations, and offer a warm, friendly and non-judgemental approach. As a busy parent, I understand the challenges of day to day life, as well as trying to manage an autoimmune condition, so I aim to make life feel a little easier with a collaborative approach.
One size doesn’t fit all, so everything I do is bespoke to each individual. Please feel free to get in touch if you’d like to discuss your own autoimmune journey, and how I can support you to feel like the best version of you.

Hi, my name is Natalie Monney and I’m a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner. I help people to transition from from a SAD diet to one that can heal their body and help them to live their healthiest life. I became interested in the Autoimmune Protocol after watching my father suffer with three different autoimmune diseases and in trying to heal my own body after being diagnosed with Fibromyalgia. I would love to help anyone interested in healing their body from the inside out.

My name is Celine Barrica, a Licensed Acupuncturist, AIP Certified Coach, and Certified Massage Therapist.
I support my patients with a holistic approach by taking into account all aspects of their life and how it relates to their health journey. I help them feel empowered and be able to advocate for themselves and what they need. I came into healing work as a patient first, and along with my own autoimmune journey managing Hashimoto’s Thyroiditis, Psoriasis, and Psoriatic Arthritis, I understand the difficulties with navigating the health system, and the emotional, mental, and physical struggles involved. My practice’s focus is primarily in autoimmune care, and am also a strong supporter for BIPOC, LGBTQ+, and other underserved communities.
An in-person session with me may include a combination of Chinese Medicine practices such as acupuncture, herbal formulas, cupping, moxa, in addition to a mix of manual manipulation techniques such as Cranial Sacral Therapy, or Visceral Mobilization. We first start out with a deep dive into health history and then tailor a customized approach to treatment specific to your needs. Online consultations specifically for autoimmune coaching are also available.

Hello, I am a Certified Nutrition and Health Coach specialising in empowering those suffering with Autoimmune spectrum, digestive or inflammatory conditions to reverse their symptoms with diet and lifestyle change.
I started experiencing digestive troubles in my late twenties that progressed to regular gallbladder pain, Hashimoto’s Thyroiditis (Underactive Thyroid), and Rheumatoid Arthritis by my thirties. I come from a background where knowing how much diet can affect your health has always been a part of my life. However, it took me a long time of trial and error in food elimination and a lot of pain before I stumbled upon AIP.
Having successfully reversed my own symptoms of Autoimmune disease it is my absolute passion to help others do the same for themselves. As a Health Coach I educate my clients on AIP, mentor and work with my clients on behaviour change, provide recipes, handouts and many tools to empower them to make the changes they need in order to live well with their condition.
I work face to face locally and for those further away via zoom. Please get in touch for further information and to arrange a free 10 minute chat about which service would best suit your needs.

My name is Lucy, I am a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner and Organizational Psychologist. I am British, but now live in New York with my husband after spending the last 11 years living and working in the Middle East!
I’m passionate to support others in knowing that small changes can make a huge difference in health, and that we can be in control of our health journeys through understanding our bodies, and the power that nutrition holds in healing. It is my firm belief that a natural paradigm can hugely support in health and healing, especially after my own healing journey with hashimotos thyroiditis.
As a nutritional therapy practitioner with a corporate background in organizational psychology, I understand the diverse challenges people face in their everyday lives. I understand just how different each individual is, and how, in order to move ahead with our challenges, we each need support in different ways.
I support individuals in a discovery process, gaining self-awareness and insight into themselves so they can identify what they need, step by step, to support healing and shift towards the healthier life they deserve. I use focused tools and support to navigate behavior change, so that individuals can feel empowered and confident in their health journey.
Please get in touch if you are looking for coaching support to dig deeper into your health journey, build healthy habits and navigate the complexity of autoimmune disease.

I am also a cookbook author and have published four – soon to be five – cookbooks with AIP recipes.
I have treated myself by using the autoimmune protocol and that is what made me change from working as a medical journalist to working with health and nutrition full time.

Are you struggling with symptoms caused by an underlying inflammatory or autoimmune condition? Do you experience pain, fatigue, or digestive challenges? Are you finding that your quality of life just isn’t what it used to be? Autoimmune conditions can be extremely challenging, and unfortunately adjusting your diet is usually not part of the “typical” treatment plan. In my work with clients who have autoimmune conditions, I help them implement a personalized nutrition roadmap designed to improve mobility, concentration and energy levels to ultimately live a vibrant and fulfilling life. I take a scientific and evidence based approach with all of my clients, and offer additional testing such as food sensitivity, gut health and micronutrient deficiencies to create an individualized nutrition plan to promote healing and symptom management.
Autoimmune conditions run in my family, so it was not a surprise when I was diagnosed with Rheumatoid Arthritis in my late 20’s. I was so overwhelmed with my diagnosis that I didn’t even think to consider how my diet and lifestyle could help me heal. Years later, I started to learn about the connection between diet, lifestyle, inflammation and autoimmune disease. When I made my own changes and saw an incredible improvement in my symptoms, I felt that I had to share my knowledge with others going through the same thing.
I have a Masters of Science in Nutritional Science and completed my Dietetic Internship at Stanford Health Care. I am a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) and a Certified LEAP Therapist (CLT).
