Hi I’m Cassie, Functional Nutritional Therapy Practitioner, RWS Practitioner, Certified AIP Coach and owner of Verve Nutritional Therapy. My clinical focus is on gut health, painful digestive issues, IBS, Crohn’s disease, Ulcerative Colitis and women’s hormones.
As an FNTP, I take a foundational approach to nutrition and supporting the body’s own ability to rebalance and heal. In addition to my focus on nutrition, I utilize functional lab testing in my practice to discover the underlying imbalances that have lead to dysfunction in the body.
I believe that our body communicates with us through symptoms and I am passionate about helping my clients discover the root of their symptoms. When we understand the root cause or the “why” behind our symptoms, we can begin to support the body appropriately and in doing so the body can heal and our health can be restored.

Howdy, y’all! I’m Laurie from the great state of Texas! Personalized nutrition and lifestyle changes made the biggest difference on my health journey which inspired me to become a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner and AIP Certified Coach and help others, either in person or remotely.
At 37 years old after experiencing chronic hives over 80% of my body for 8 months straight and consulting with 7-10 different doctors, I was finally diagnosed with Hashimoto’s, estrogen dominance and adrenal fatigue. Six months later, I elected for surgical menopause, sought out holistic alternatives and began treatment with Armour Thyroid and bio-identical hormone therapy, slowly bringing my body back into balance.
About four years later by process of elimination, I discovered that gluten was causing a health relapse that included chronic migraine headaches. Going gluten-free allowed me to put my Hashimoto’s into remission until the fall of 2019, when my hives returned. Once again, all the usual lab tests came back “normal”, and I was left to research solutions and find the root cause of my symptoms on my own.
This experience left me with a deep-felt desire to help women suffering from symptoms resulting from autoimmune diagnoses to be educated and informed so that they can feel empowered and in control of their prognosis to become their own health advocate. I provide them with a greater understanding of how to plan and prepare meals and activities that build up their bodies, to have reduced symptoms, more energy and long-lasting health to do what they enjoy most in life.
I am looking forward to showing you how to feel healthy for a change!

LIVE YOUR HEART OUT
Discover A Beautiful World
That Turns You ON,
Sets You FREE,
And Lets You FLY
Hey, I’m Nancy, and I help men and women live a passionate life, free of pain, and full of LOVE.
Through my own journey of healing and self-love, I’ve discovered that the best thing I can do to help you is to be the ‘living proof’. This means that I live the life I would want for YOU, the life that I advocate so passionately for. As a proud mama of two wild kiddos, I’ve learned that the best way I can lead and love them, is to be healthy holistically – mentally, physically, and spiritually.
For over 12 years, I’ve helped hundreds of clients who struggle with core and gut-related issues. I am a Registered Pelvic Floor Physiotherapist, yoga teacher, high-performance coach, AIP health coach, and acupuncture practitioner. I help those who suffer from chronic bloating, diastasis rectus, leaky bladder, back pain, hip stiffness, breathing issues, and more. I’ve discovered that we often develop issues not because we get weaker with age, but because we become unbalanced and misaligned.
In order to feel good in your body, you must return to the core of who you are and align your mind, body, and soul.
I have a holistic approach that can help you on your journey of healing, growth, and transformation.

Hello, I know your pain and I would like to help you become the driver of your life.
Together, we won’t let your body steal your seat. I was a passenger in my own life, but reclaimed the driver’s seat once I decided to live an AIP lifestyle and I know you will also succeed. This is what you have been seeking and it will be worth your time.
My Name is Angelica. I am Speech Pathologist and a Certified Coach. I have been diagnosed with Lupus, Rheumatoid Arthritis, Fibromyalgia and Raynaud’s, among other conditions. I have been battling with my own autoimmune diseases and I have developed a love and a passion for health and wellness. I had always live an active lifestyle, enjoyed traveling, going out to restaurants and social gatherings with family and friends. But one day, everything changed. I was not able to get out of bed and the days that I had enough will power, it was fast consumed trying to be a present mom and wife. These were my worst days. My loved ones did not understood what was going on with me, but how could I blame them if I did not know myself. Soon, other relationships started to vanished once I stopped going out to those gatherings based around food or adult beverages. My cabinet was filled with medications, I gained over 30 pounds and I felt hopeless. I realized at that moment being diagnosed was not enough, I needed a change if I wanted to change my life. I tried many diets, including being a vegetarian and yet I continued to struggle. One day, I stumbled with the autoimmune protocol and it changed my life. Being able to live my best life following the autoimmune protocol, has also inspired me to help others. This is why I have become an AIP Certified Coach to help those seeking to take control of their life.
Together, we will discuss your needs and modify habits that are not letting you thrive in the health and wellness journey you want. We will establish a unique approach that will fit your daily routine by truly identifying the root causes of your symptoms. We will also work on getting you the tools to assist you in educating those around you since they see a healthy individual but don’t understand why you are no longer the person they once knew. It is critical to understand this is not a diet but a lifestyle change.
I want to be the person that will help you navigate this process. If you made it this far, reach out to me and let’s do it together.

Hi, my name is Becca and I am a Functional Health Coach and Nutrition Counsellor. As a behaviour change specialist, I will support you to design and implement a realistic plan of lifestyle and dietary changes to reduce inflammation and get your spark back.
In 2016, my neurologist told me I was on ‘a trajectory of increasing disability’. That led me to AIP, and it changed everything. My trajectory these days is one of cumulative improvements! Taking the reins of my own health is the best choice I ever made. The collection of lifestyle and dietary changes I have built over the years enable me to manage multiple sclerosis, coeliac disease, adenomyosis, thyroid dysfunction and more. I am stronger and healthier in my mid-40s than I was in my 20s.
I soon knew I needed to take my experience and use it to support others as they embrace their own turning point to better health. My in-depth training with Chris Kresser and Andrea Nakayama beautifully complements the AIP, and brings Functional Medicine to the core of my approach. That means that we are never stuck, and there is no rigid rule book of ‘you must ___’.
Autoimmune disease can make it feel like we are trapped on a small and isolated island. If you are here searching for support, my hunch is that you’re ready to take to the water and explore. You get to choose whether you start with a paddle, a deep dive – or something in between.
As an experienced former teacher, and a parent, I am absolutely convinced that a key part of turning the tide of chronic disease is to work with children alongside their grown-ups. This is why I offer services for families and schools as well as individuals. There is plenty to explore if you’d like to know more about me and how I might be able to help you. Check out my website and/or social media – just search for my name.
