Hi my name is Victoria, and I am a qualified Nutritional Therapist and founder of The Autoimmunity Nutritionist. Are you tired all the time? Experiencing digestive issues? Struggling to lose weight? Or trying to cope with chronic health issues. Then I may be able to help! After grappling with autoimmune conditions from 7 years old, as well as my brother suffering with MS and having family members with other autoimmune conditions, I decided to take ownership of my health and found that nutrition and lifestyle therapy had remarkable effects. I studied autoimmune disease as part of my BSc (Hons) degree and like to take a scientific and evidence based approach to my clinic to find the best solutions for my clients. My clinic specialises in chronic skin issues as well as neurological autoimmune disorders and other inflammatory illnesses such as gut issues, fatigue and energy depletion, heart conditions, blood sugar imbalances and weight-loss management. As well as food allergy and food intolerance. My clinic offers in person or virtual sessions with clients globally, including one to one nutritional therapy consultations, personalised health transformation packages and healthful wellbeing programmes.

Sarah Roberts Cognitive Hypnotherapist specialising in autoimmune conditions, AIP Certified Coach

Hello, I’m Sarah.
I offer a holistic approach to autoimmune recovery. I offer a unique combination of knowledge, which can help you with the emotional and mental effects of autoimmune disease, and guide you to understand – and put into practice – practical ways to positively influence your own health.
As a Cognitive Hypnotherapist and an AIP Certified Coach, I offer a toolkit of effective techniques to help improve your sleep, reduce your stress, change your perception of pain, and make habit, diet and lifestyle changes more easily – all crucial for recovering your wellness.
Having space to attend to the emotional aspects of being unwell is a key part of being able to move towards recovery, and to have the energy to make changes. Cognitive hypnotherapy is an effective evidence-based approach and combines really well with the practical approach of AIP.
This combination empowers you to make informed choices and be able to put them into practice more easily.
I can help you to:
• Understand what triggers your condition, and help you deal with these triggers so your body can start to heal and you can feel better
• Increase your energy and feel healthier so you feel more able to enjoy life without being exhausted or causing a flare
• Resolve difficult feelings about your situation, so you can feel more positive and more like ‘you’
I’ve recovered from autoimmune disease and understand the frustration, isolation and anxiety you may be feeling. I get how exhausting it is and how totally fed up of the whole situation you may feel.
Cognitive hypnotherapy and AIP changes to my diet and lifestyle helped me recover.
Using AIP we can figure out which factors provoke your own autoimmune condition, and what you can do about these so you can begin to recover and live well.
We can address emotional challenges and stressful experiences that may be linked to your illness, as well as improving sleep, stress management, diet, habit and lifestyle changes, pain reduction, and positively focusing on healing.
My holistic approach addresses your health as a whole, including body, mind and lifestyle, so you can move towards physical and emotional health and wellness.

Hello, I am a Registered Nutritional Therapist, specialising in supporting Type 1 Diabetics regain their health and balance their blood sugar levels using nutrition and lifestyle medicine. I use the functional medicine model to take a full case history of your health, to really dig deep to identify imbalances and their root cause. After being diagnosed with Type 1 Diabetes in 2002 I spent many years dutifully following the advice of my endocrinologists and dieticians, eating carbs with every meal and then struggling to keep my blood sugars under control. I still suffered from chronic acne, tiredness, bloating after meals, tight joints and my energy levels were depleted. It was only when background retinopathy was detected at a routine eye appointment that I had the wake-up call I needed and realised I would have to take full responsibility for my health if I was to feel better. Without realising it back then, I began an AIP style diet, eliminating all inflammatory foods and including loads of healthy fats, grass fed meats, vegetables and salads. My energy returned, and I started to feel better, and was able to control my blood sugar levels like I’d never been able to before. A year later at my eye test all signs of the background retinopathy were gone.
That was when I had my lightbulb moment and I decided to leave a career in IT to become a Nutritional Therapist. I have set up Autoimmune Clinic, a collaboration of practitioners who not only have a comprehensive understanding of autoimmunity, but have personal experience of it themselves. As well as seeing clients on a 1:1 basis, we run an online 6-week group coaching AIP Programme, where anyone with an autoimmune condition can be supported in implementing the AIP protocol. Our mission is to empower people with autoimmune conditions to take control of their health and help them make long-term lifestyle changes in order to live well with their condition.

Becca Benning Functional Health Coach & Nutrition Counsellor

Hi, my name is Becca and I am a Functional Health Coach and Nutrition Counsellor. As a behaviour change specialist, I will support you to design and implement a realistic plan of lifestyle and dietary changes to reduce inflammation and get your spark back.
In 2016, my neurologist told me I was on ‘a trajectory of increasing disability’. That led me to AIP, and it changed everything. My trajectory these days is one of cumulative improvements! Taking the reins of my own health is the best choice I ever made. The collection of lifestyle and dietary changes I have built over the years enable me to manage multiple sclerosis, coeliac disease, adenomyosis, thyroid dysfunction and more. I am stronger and healthier in my mid-40s than I was in my 20s.
I soon knew I needed to take my experience and use it to support others as they embrace their own turning point to better health. My in-depth training with Chris Kresser and Andrea Nakayama beautifully complements the AIP, and brings Functional Medicine to the core of my approach. That means that we are never stuck, and there is no rigid rule book of ‘you must ___’.
Autoimmune disease can make it feel like we are trapped on a small and isolated island. If you are here searching for support, my hunch is that you’re ready to take to the water and explore. You get to choose whether you start with a paddle, a deep dive – or something in between.
As an experienced former teacher, and a parent, I am absolutely convinced that a key part of turning the tide of chronic disease is to work with children alongside their grown-ups. This is why I offer services for families and schools as well as individuals. There is plenty to explore if you’d like to know more about me and how I might be able to help you. Check out my website and/or social media – just search for my name.
If you’re ready for your first step, drop me a line to book a free 30-minute chat – no sales pitch or pressure.

Hi, I’m an experienced registered Nutritional Therapist & AIP Coach and I’d love to help you start your journey of healing to achieve lasting wellness. My mission is to empower you to take control of your health through long-term dietary and lifestyle changes so that you can have the best quality of life possible.
I’ll provide you with personalised advice, encourage you to take an active role in your wellness journey, and I’ll guide and support you along the way.
Why AIP? With all of my autoimmune clients seeing improvements on AIP, I decided to make it official and become a certified AIP coach. I’ve also undertaken the AIP protocol twice myself, so I know first-hand the steps required to make it work!
Additionally, as a nutritional therapist, I work within a functional medicine framework thus I can combine AIP coaching with addressing the root causes of your symptoms if need be.
I’ll never promise you miracles and give you false hope. Autoimmunity can be unpredictable and it’s not possible to say what progress you’ll see, and how quickly it will happen. But I can promise I’ll try my best to help you heal. I truly believe, as I’ve seen it happen many times, AIP is likely to be something you’ll never regret trying. And, the way I see it, AIP can only make your situation better, so there’s nothing to lose!
If you’re ready to start on the path towards healing, book a FREE 30-minute inquiry call via my website.
I’m looking forward to hearing from you!

I’m a registered Nutritional Therapist and Health Coach that aims to help people feel like the best version on themselves!
I have lived with close family members struggling with autoimmune conditions for many years, and I wanted to help. After extensive research I learnt about the power of diet and lifestyle interventions, so I trained at a Nutritional Therapist with the highly regarded Institute for Optimum Nutrition, and now have my own clinic supporting others through their autoimmune journey.
I am available for face to face and online consultations, and offer a warm, friendly and non-judgemental approach. As a busy parent, I understand the challenges of day to day life, as well as trying to manage an autoimmune condition, so I aim to make life feel a little easier with a collaborative approach.
One size doesn’t fit all, so everything I do is bespoke to each individual. Please feel free to get in touch if you’d like to discuss your own autoimmune journey, and how I can support you to feel like the best version of you.

Christelle Sabini Functional Nutritional Therapy Practitioner, Functional Diagnostic Nutrition Practitioner, AIP Certified Coach
Del Mar, California
USA
*Also Practices Virtually Worldwide
Prior to discovering the field of functional wellness, Christelle worked as a corporate language coach in France. It was during this time that she began to wonder whether the birth control pill she had been taking for years was truly benefitting her. She had been prescribed oral contraceptives as a teenager to “help regulate her cycles”, and despite the unwanted side effects, she didn’t trust her body’s ability to function correctly without them. One day, she took a leap of faith, and decided it was time to ditch the pill and become educated on all things menstrual health. To her amazement, her cycle returned without any irregularities, and over time, she learned to track the subtle signs of hormone fluctuations occurring throughout the month. Better still, she discovered how impactful diet and lifestyle could be for her overall health. This newfound empowerment sparked a fire, and, following her international wedding and move to California, she trained with the Nutritional Therapy Association and began working with clients.
After being in practice for several years, she became certified with Functional Diagnostic Nutrition so as to incorporate functional lab testing and in-depth therapeutic modalities into her service offering. Being able to look under the hood and find hidden drivers of imbalance can be the missing link for many people with “mystery symptoms”.
Christelle’s calling to dig deep and help people elucidate their health mysteries arose from her own attempt to make sense of her father’s abrupt passing when she was 12. He suffered a fatal heart attack despite being told by his GP, a few weeks prior, that he was “healthy”. Somehow, the explanations provided by the conventional medical profession in the wake of this tragedy fell flat (genetics/bad luck/etc.). After all, he was 40 years old, and had no formerly diagnosed pathology. Looking back, she believes that he had all the telltale signs of metabolic disease. Unfortunately, this was back in the 90’s, when low-fat diets, margarine, and refined flour were deemed “wellness trends”. It took years for her to transform her trauma into a quest to find answers – for herself and for her clients.
She often works with individuals who have also gone through similar traumatic life events, and while the scope of her practice is limited to physical wellness, she is deeply aware of the subtle body – mind interactions, and the ways in which trauma drives physical imbalance, particularly autoimmunity.
Today, she continues to consult with clients 1:1. She is also active in the French-speaking holistic health education space, teaching alongside likeminded practitioners.
As a Hashimoto’s patient herself, Christelle has profound empathy for those who suffer in silence. She loves to help her clients to find bio-individual solutions. Her approach is truly holistic.
