Hi, I’m Stephanie Ulrich, a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner and AIP Coach. I specialize in supporting clients living with autoimmune disease, food allergies/sensitivities, and a wide-range of digestive disorders including IBS and SIBO. I am passionate about empowering my clients to discover personalized ways to live well with chronic illness, focusing on a balanced and sustainable approach.

In 2019, I started my own healing with AIP after being diagnosed with EoE, Hashimoto’s, and UCTD. My experiences of living with multiple chronic illnesses and extensive food allergies encouraged me to start my blog, The Open Cookbook, as a space to share allergy-friendly AIP recipes and to reflect on my own experiences of living with chronic illness. I want to ensure no matter the dietary restriction, everyone feels included and can find joy in the kitchen again.

As an NTP, I believe in taking a gentle and balanced approach with individualized recommendations, resources, and tools. I like to remind clients that AIP is a “template” and that together, we can discover how to tailor it specifically for you. I always explain the “why” behind diet and lifestyle suggestions, encouraging and supporting you to find sustainable ways to live vibrantly with autoimmunity.

I have been providing nutrition counseling since 2013, and more and more of my clients are people with autoimmune diseases. I decided to expand my qualifications and become an AIP certified coach to offer my clients a suitable therapy. I guide and support people on their journey to health and a better quality of life in Beroun, Czech Republic, and online in Czech.

I’m Andrea Lane, a board certified acupuncturist and herbalist. I practice a gentle, Japanese style of acupuncture that helps to guide the body back to good health. My approach to my patients’ wellness is holistic, involving dietary, exercise, and lifestyle consultation in addition to East Asian medicine.

After being diagnosed with interstitial cystitis in my early 20s, I became passionate about pursuing better health through changes to my diet and lifestyle. I encountered AIP along my journey, and am amazed at how much better I feel as a result. I know firsthand how difficult it can be to transition to AIP and navigate the diet that suits your health best, and I want to be able to support others through that process. I am happy to work with patients on their AIP diet either in the context of an acupuncture treatment protocol, or to do only nutritional and dietary consultation.

When I’m not with patients, I also work as a Pilates and GYROTONIC® trainer. In my free time, I love to cook, read my way out from a small mountain of books, and cater to my cats’ every whim.

Hi! My name is Priscilla Sellers!

I am a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner (NTP), Board Certified in Holistic Nutrition (BCHN®) through the National Association of Nutritional Professionals (NANP®) and Holistic Nutrition Credentialing Board (HNCB®) and an AIP Certified Coach. Prior to becoming an NTP, I had spent years researching and educating myself in all aspects of health and nutrition trying to heal my own increasing health issues, especially those associated with autoimmune disease. Conventional medicine was treating my symptoms but not the underlying cause.

In the process of finding healing for myself, I developed a passion to share this knowledge and experience with individuals who may be finding themselves in the same situation. On your own journey to seeking health, not only will you discover healing and renewed vitality but, restoration. In recent years I have worked with many one on one clients, taught online and in-person RESTART classes, developed a course (Transitioning and Adapting After RESTART) and developed a number of short presentations addressing various health and nutrition topics. I am on a continuous quest to learn and educate myself on the latest breakthroughs in nutrition and health.

My past experience in education and management help to round out my skills in educating and guiding individuals to achieve optimal health through nutrition, movement and emotional wellness and by delving deep into the underlying cause of their health issues. I feel such joy each time I think about the privilege I have to partner with individuals on their unique health quest.

I am a soul deep, New Englander, who loves fall and winter, being outdoors, hiking, snowshoeing, and strength training. I love to cook, bake, and discover new and delicious recipes to serve and share because I love food! Life is good!
