Hi there,

I’m Nicole Calamia, founder of Phoenix Nutritional Therapy. I’m also a certified Nutritional Therapy Practitioner, a certified Autoimmune Protocol Coach, and a licensed RESTART instructor.

Nutrition and fitness were always a deep interest of mine; however, in my mid-30s, I began to experience unbearable daily symptoms: nausea, dizziness, inflammation, a constant dry cough, a recurring rash on my neck and chest, fatigue, and joint pain so debilitating that I couldn’t sleep at night or drive with the air conditioner on in my car. In 2014, I even passed out and ended up with a concussion. I woke up every morning dreading the idea of going to work – and the idea of maintaining a social life? Forget it.

I visited countless specialists and invested countless dollars into trying to reclaim my health. All my lab tests looked good and all my exams came back benign and unrevealing; not one doctor could identify a possible root cause for my symptoms regardless of their efforts. I felt like no one understood me. I felt scared, alone, and defeated, but mostly I felt angry.

It wasn’t until I discovered nutritional therapy that I began to heal. Now, through Phoenix Nutritional Therapy, I empower women from all over the United States who struggle with fatigue, digestive distress, chronic pain, and/or an autoimmune diagnosis to finally understand what’s going on with their body so they can take charge of their health and lead full, vibrant lives.

There’s a happier, healthier version of yourself waiting for you on the other side. Don’t let another day get away. Let’s do this…together.

Howdy, y’all! I’m Laurie from the great state of Texas! Personalized nutrition and lifestyle changes made the biggest difference on my health journey which inspired me to become a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner and AIP Certified Coach and help others, either in person or remotely.

At 37 years old after experiencing chronic hives over 80% of my body for 8 months straight and consulting with 7-10 different doctors, I was finally diagnosed with Hashimoto’s, estrogen dominance and adrenal fatigue. Six months later, I elected for surgical menopause, sought out holistic alternatives and began treatment with Armour Thyroid and bio-identical hormone therapy, slowly bringing my body back into balance.

About four years later by process of elimination, I discovered that gluten was causing a health relapse that included chronic migraine headaches. Going gluten-free allowed me to put my Hashimoto’s into remission until the fall of 2019, when my hives returned. Once again, all the usual lab tests came back “normal”, and I was left to research solutions and find the root cause of my symptoms on my own.

This experience left me with a deep-felt desire to help women suffering from symptoms resulting from autoimmune diagnoses to be educated and informed so that they can feel empowered and in control of their prognosis to become their own health advocate. I provide them with a greater understanding of how to plan and prepare meals and activities that build up their bodies, to have reduced symptoms, more energy and long-lasting health to do what they enjoy most in life.

I am looking forward to showing you how to feel healthy for a change!

My name is Judy Lelievre, I am a Certified Natural Health and Holistic Nutrition Practitioner, Nutritional Therapy Practitioner and an AIP Certified Coach.

Before becoming a practitioner for natural health and nutrition I was a teacher and an administrator for secondary education and an Adjunct Professor at Fitchburg State University.  At that time I was diagnosed with Hashimoto’s Thyroiditis and Celiac disease.  My diagnosis was a huge turning point for me where I left my career in public education inspired to make health and wellness my new reality.  Through resiliency and dedication I was able to reverse my autoimmune disease and heal my body using nutritional and lifestyle therapy without the use of conventional medicine.

As a Natural Health and Nutrition Practitioner I am passionate about helping others reclaim their health.  I use a personalized bio-individual approach to uncover the root cause of their chronic illness and autoimmune disease using nutritional and lifestyle therapy so they too can reverse their symptoms and heal their body.

I look forward to helping you achieve optimal wellness: please feel free to contact me for a complimentary phone consultation to discuss your personal health concerns and answer any questions you may have.

My passion for health began back in August 2018 when I found myself diagnosed with a life threatening autoimmune disease called Wegener’s Granulomatosis. I was overwhelmed, confused, and scared. It was a huge wake up call for me and it didn’t take long before I had my first “ah ha” moment.

I realized there was tremendous power in things I could control in order to heal my body- things like gut-restoration, clean living, lifestyle changes, nutritional changes, making peace with what was on my plate, and developing a healthy relationship with food and my body. I started making shifts in my life right away, which contributed to putting my disease into remission within two short months.

I was blown away by the rapid transformation I saw in my body with simple nutritional and lifestyle changes. I immediately developed a heartfelt desire to help others succeed in their own health journey.

Hi – my name is Liz Delizia, I have a Masters in Health Education, am a Certified Autoimmune Holistic Nutrition Specialist, Certified Holistic Nutritionist, and AIP Certified Coach. I have worked as a Health Educator for more than 25 years, but my personal struggles with ulcerative colitis and rheumatoid arthritis lead me to explore diet and lifestyle modification as integral pieces to addressing autoimmunity and improving well-being. Discovering AIP was life changing, and it was clear to me I wanted to become a certified coach to help others! Through years of education, research, and exploration, I’ve developed my own roadmap to better health. Now I draw on everything I’ve learned to help others understand autoimmunity and play an active role in improving their health. I guide, support, and organize my clients, and together we make progress!

I am passionate about helping others feel better and take ownership of their own health as much as possible. As an Autoimmune Nutrition and Health Specialist, I look at the person as a whole, with a focus on nutrition, physical activity, stress management, and sleep. I am absolutely in favor of medication when needed, and I also feel strongly it’s our job to provide our bodies the support and foundation to heal and thrive as much as possible. I leave the diagnosis and treatment to the physicians, and we work on understanding and navigating the factors that go beyond the doctor’s office, which also play a crucial role. I’ll listen carefully and help guide you on this journey. I’m confident that together we can make a difference in improving your health. I’ve been there and I’d be honored to work together. I meet clients one-on-one either in person or remotely. Please contact me for a free 15-minute consultation.

I’ve been there, in my early 30s over the course of a few months I started to feel increasingly tired and my weight started to creep up at a rapid pace. My doctor said my blood tests were normal and so I lived like that for years until my health started getting much worse and my world had become incredibly small. Eventually, through my own investigations, I discovered I had Hashimoto’s, and I developed a secondary autoimmune disease shortly afterward- vitiligo.

Often autoimmune diseases come with other conditions such as chronic fatigue, eczema, migraines, endometriosis, and more. These are conditions that I have lived with and I understand how they can really rob us of our joy.

It was the power of nutrition and lifestyle changes under the guidance of a registered nutritional therapist that has made the most improvements to my quality of life. The changes I felt inspired me to become a nutritional therapy practitioner to support others living with autoimmune conditions. I’m in my mid 40’s now and have discovered a renewed sense of health and well-being and I want that for you too!

It troubles me that rates of autoimmune disease are on the rise so I now dedicate my practice to specialise in this area – along with becoming an AIP-certified coach I am fully equipped to see clients worldwide in my online clinic via zoom.

I offer a free, fully confidential 30-minute discovery call to learn more about what you would like to achieve and to assess how we can team up! Check out my website to book.

I look forward to meeting you.

Warm wishes,

Hi friend, thanks for stopping by! I am a Functional Nutritional Therapy Practitioner, Restorative Wellness Practitioner, AIP Certified Coach, Licensed Esthetician, speaker and autoimmune warrior that specializes in G.I. heath and chronic illness. I am also a Tactical Resiliency & Subconscious De-escalation Coach that helps those with PTSD heal from their trauma using the Trauma Resiliency-Protocol (TR-P) & Emotions Management Process (EMP).

What does that even mean?! I help you rewire your brain and nervous system through a series of guided visualizations to help get you out of the sympathetic trauma response of “fight or flight” where disease thrives, and into the parasympathetic state of “rest and digest” so that you can heal emotionally, spiritually, and physically. Did you know that those with chronic illness tend to have a high ACE (Adverse Childhood Experience) score? Have you been exposed to a traumatic event that you still have an emotional reaction to when you think about it? On a scale 0-10, with 10 being very intense & 0 being no emotion at all, where are you? If there was a way to get that high number down to a 0 or 1, would it interest you? The best part is you don’t have to talk about what happened!

By using the TR-P, EMP, nutritional therapy and ancestral wisdom, we can support the body in healing to attain true health and reverse many diseases. I’ve made it my mission in life to help other chronic illness warriors get their health back by teaching them the importance of nutrition, environmental toxins, stress management, mental health, trauma recovery and advocating for themselves with their doctor. I believe that reclaiming your health must be a holistic approach with addressing the mind, body and spirit.

As registered Naturopath & Herbalist and an Autoimmune Paleo Certified Coach, I support people on their journey to wellness and vitality.

In particular people living with:
– fibromyalgia
– autoimmune
– digestive
– stress
– burnout & fatigue issues.

I like to take a collaborative and individual approach when working with people. We are all unique. Something that works for one person may not work for another. This is why taking the time to listen to your story is an important part uncovering your “why” when it comes to getting to the heart of health issues.

I can work with you to develop a personalised Care Plan and provide support on your wellness journey with the goal of getting your energy back so that you can enjoy the things you love in life.

Like many practitioners, I became interested in natural medicine after having my own health issues. After years of “not feeling right” I was diagnosed with fibromyalgia and subsequently other AI conditions.

I had worked for a number of years in a corporate management role and being a single mum, realised that stress was playing a significant part in my health.

It took a hefty dose of burn-out and AI flare-up to make me to sit up and take notice.

Being a Continuous Improvement focused person in my corporate career, I refocused these skills on myself and in the process developed a curiosity about how our bodies work, particularly how stress and nutrition have an impact on our health.

After graduating with a Bachelor in Natural Medicine, I now practice part time as a registered Naturopath and Medical Herbalist – supporting people on their own personal continuous improvement journeys. I would love to help you on yours.

I live and practice from my clinic in the beautiful Waitakere Ranges forest in Titirangi, Auckland, where I live with my husband and meet with clients in-person or virtually on line.

I de-stress by walking in the forest and the beach and I practice mindfulness and meditation.

I became passionate about nutrition thanks to the beginning of all human nutrition: breastfeeding. After 4 consecutive pregnancy losses, I found out about AIP. I started because of psoriasis, I never imagined that it would lead me to have a successful pregnancy. Living in a country where access to treatments for autoimmune diseases is not only scarce but also very expensive, I want to be able to offer patients an option that accompanies their medical treatment, which is at their fingertips and helps them improve its quality. of life.
