Dr. Sydney Malawer, DAIM L.Ac. specializes in the treatment of chronic, complex conditions, in particular dermatology, thyroid conditions (especially Hashimoto’s Thyroiditis and Graves Disease), digestive issues, and joint pain through acupuncture, herbal medicine, and nutritional therapy. She came to integrative medicine through her own struggle with psoriasis and seeks to bring the same comfort, relief, and advocacy to her patients that she has received throughout her struggle. She has a B.S. from Cornell University as well as a master’s and a doctorate in Acupuncture and Integrative Medicine from the Acupuncture and Integrative Medicine College (AIMC) at Berkeley. She is also a lecturer at the Acupuncture & Integrative Medicine College (AIMC) at Berkeley and the Academy of Chinese Culture and Health Sciences (ACCHS), where she teaches classes on Japanese acupuncture and integrative clinical lab testing. As someone who has been managing autoimmunity for most of her life, Dr. Sydney has a special interest in helping those struggling with autoimmune conditions. Her doctoral work focused on approaching complex, chronic inflammatory issues using East-Asian medicine and conventional lab testing in the diagnosis, treatment, and progress management of such complex conditions. She integrates learnings from this original research into her patient care.

Hi! I’m Angel Casto, Registered Dietitian Nutritionist, working in the beautiful state of West Virginia. I currently work as a clinical Associate for West Virginia University and having completed my Autoimmune Practitioner certification, am eager to continue to grow my consulting business working with AI clients. I can work one-on-one or in small group settings focusing on individual needs.

As a conventionally trained RDN, I have the credentials to provide disease specific Medical Nutrition Therapy; however, now I will do it with a functional nutrition focus. AIP Protocol certification has fueled my passion for functional nutrition and has me researching the next program to study.

I became passionate about nutrition thanks to the beginning of all human nutrition: breastfeeding. After 4 consecutive pregnancy losses, I found out about AIP. I started because of psoriasis, I never imagined that it would lead me to have a successful pregnancy. Living in a country where access to treatments for autoimmune diseases is not only scarce but also very expensive, I want to be able to offer patients an option that accompanies their medical treatment, which is at their fingertips and helps them improve its quality. of life.

I am a Doctor of Physical Therapy with a passion for health and wellness beyond pain, movement and mobility limitations.

I am Diana Tira, a Functional Nutritional Therapy Practitioner (FNTP), AIP Certified Coach and RESTART Instructor. With a passion and focus in oral-systemic connection, the link between the health of your mouth and your overall health, I have an extensive knowledge in various dental concepts, Myofunctional Therapy, Buteyko breathing, holistic nutrition, homeopathy and aromatherapy.

With an emphasis on whole-body holistic nutrition as well as an integrative approach I use multidisciplinary concepts to look into a health condition. I am a Health Coach , Gluten Free Practitioner, Holistic Skin Therapist and now a Autoimmune coach. What lead me on this path of helping people with Autioummune disease was having my two young daughters and my husband all being diagnosed with Celiac Disease. I want to give my family the bast chance at living a healthy vibrant life and living free of any symptoms and I also want to help others out there that are not living their best life due to illness.

She received her Bachelor of Health Science (Nutritional Medicine) from Endeavour College of Natural Health and works in private practice from her Brighton clinic as well as visiting businesses and individuals at their workplaces across Melbourne. She also practises globally, online through video conference and telephone.

Vicky left a successful career in the corporate sector to study nutrition. She was prompted by a lifelong interest in medicine and a belief that there was more she could be doing to manage the autoimmune disease that plagued her for decades.
