Sierra Thompson Nordquist Nutritional Therapy Practitioner, Herbalist
Hello my friend! I’m Sierra T. Nordquist, a Functional Nutritional Therapy Practitioner, Herbalist, Eating Psychology Coach, and AIP Coach.
I am a self-proclaimed holistic health nerd and education junkie who loves to help others discover true nourishment for themselves.
I came into this work because of my personal journey with health, food and body challenges. I grew up with many chronic health issues including ongoing digestive distress, eating anxiety, food sensitivities, and autoimmunity in the form of Hashimoto’s Thyroiditis. These challenges are what ultimately drew me to pursue a career in nutritional therapy and eating psychology because it was through these methods and getting in-tune with what my body and being were asking for, that I was able to work through and heal my chronic health challenges as well as my relationships with food and my body.
I now have a passion for helping others to journey through their own health, food, and body challenges. In my work I help guide others to embrace, elevate and empower their inner wisdom using intuitive nourishment, herbal nutrition and holistic self-care practices so that they can learn how to release the stigmas of diet culture and intuitively know how to nourish in a way that best supports their unique bioindividuality & challenges with confidence & clarity. By doing so, I help them to learn the nuances of how they can nourish a healthfully happy lifestyle while feeling not just good but great in their body, mind and being.
Autoimmunity can feel like a complex and difficult challenge to face, but I’m here to tell you that you don’t have to go it alone. It is possible to reclaim your health & revive your life.
I look forward to supporting you along your path to better health and a life that feels joyous and just right for you.

Hello, my name is Jamie Bennett and I am a certified Nutritional Therapy Practitioner, specializing in inflammatory and autoimmune conditions. In addition to being certified as an AIP coach, I am also certified in the RESTART program.
Since 2008, I have been researching holistic approaches including dietary intervention for autoimmunity, Lyme disease, and autism due to my own family’s medical issues. I wanted to improve our health through diet without the use of prescription medication. In 2017, I began the Autoimmune Protocol. This was a game changer! For so long I had lost the benchmark on what normal was, on who I was. Almost instantly, I began to feel better and in just a few short months, I had found myself again.
Today, I work to help others feel as good as I do by removing stressors from their body and repairing the damage that has occurred. This restorative process is done through nutrition and supplementation on a bioindividual basis. Meaning, YOUR protocol is tailored to YOUR life, YOUR body, and the pace that YOU’RE comfortable with.
Changes, in both diet and lifestyle, must be functional to work and a practitioner is only as good as her client’s successes. Let me help you succeed on your road 2 RECOVERY.

Hi! If you are here, I would love to help you take control of your own health.
Once I started to have my own health issues, it was placed on my heart to help others who were suffering just like I was. I decided to attend classes and become someone who could be there for others. I am now a certified Nutritional Therapy Practitioner and Certified AIP coach. I have tried many therapies and modalities for my own healing, and I consider it a privilege to be a guinea pig so that others don’t have to. My goal is to help others include the nutritional support they need in their lives while they are healing.
I have seen firsthand the power of diet and lifestyle changes. It is important that we are addressing inflammation, nutritional deficiencies, and toxicity if we want to live with optimum health. Your body is doing the best it can to take care of you. We have to learn how to listen to our symptoms instead of ignoring them or shutting them off. When you start to listen, you can begin to appreciate how amazing our bodies actually are!

Alexa Federico, NTP Nutritional Therapy Practitioner
Hello, I am Alexa Federico, Nutritional Therapy Practitioner certified through the Nutritional Therapy Association.
When it comes to dealing with health issues, especially autoimmune issues, there is often more than one factor causing symptoms. I consider each client as an individual including their condition, diet, and lifestyle in order to work together and create a plan. I really live by “food is medicine,” and I like to use food first and foremost as a form of medicine because it can have an incredible impact on health. Coupled with lifestyle changes (I.e. stress, sleep, healthy relationships, etc.) and supplements when needed and as agreed upon by the client, I help people resolve their symptoms in a safe way.
After being diagnosed with Crohn’s disease when I was 12 and following only western medicine protocols for one year and failing miserably, I found my sweet spot for health after incorporating changes to my diet, lifestyle, and supplements.
I specialize in digestion issues and autoimmunity. Feel free to reach out if you have any questions.

Hello, I’m Amanda! I’m here to support you in your journey toward optimal health. I believe sound nutrition including quality, unrefined foods are a cornerstone and prerequisite for achieving your health goals!
I was diagnosed with multiple Autoimmune disorders in 2014, including Hashimoto’s and Raynaud’s Diesease. It’s through my own adventures with chronic illness that I’ve discovered a way back to being whole and feeling my best — through better diet and lifestyle choices.
When I was first diagnosed, I was on my own in learning how to “do” this new life I’d been handed. Through trial and error, I made great strides, but also had a ton of questions and needed so much guidance that I couldn’t find!
This is why I decided to pursue an education in nutrition, to empower myself. Ultimately, this ignited a passion to empower others who may be needing guidance also!
It’s my mission to support others in their journey toward health, equipping them with the tools they need to create their best future possible. And of course, share a lot of good food and laughs along the way!
Let’s enjoy this journey together!

I believe optimum health and disease prevention occur in large part by putting the right foods in the body. Every bit of food leads us either closer to disease or closer to health.
I want to empower others on their path to wellness, to never give up on themselves, and to believe that health and feeling good are possible.
I’m a Master Nutrition Therapist (MNT), practicing in Boulder, CO (and virtually). I also work for a leading functional medicine practitioner and am a faculty member at the Nutrition Therapy Institute. I apply a functional and holistic approach to nutrition therapies including:
· Autoimmune Nutrition
· Hormone Balance
· Food Sensitivities, Intolerances, and Allergies
· Digestive Issues, Leaky Gut, Dysbiosis
· Weight Management
· Blood Sugar Imbalances
· Anti-Aging Nutrition
I received a B.S. from Purdue University, and both my CNTP and MNT diplomas from the Nutrition Therapy Institute in Denver, CO.
