Hi, I’m Xenia! I help ambitious, career-driven women living with autoimmune hepatitis and/or IBD who are tired, exhausted, and struggling to keep up with their busy lifestyles. By working with me, you will regain your lost energy and take back control of your life so that you can feel like yourself again and create the life you dream of.
How can I be so sure? Because I have been there and done it. I went from high-achieving, thriving at my job, and living my best life to feeling like a complete failure in a matter of months.
I was constantly tired and in pain, unable to think straight, work, or simply lead a normal life. I couldn’t keep up with my life anymore and felt like the bright vision of my future had popped like a bubble.
At the time of diagnosis, I thought autoimmune hepatitis, PBC, and later Crohn’s disease were the worst things that had ever happened to me. As it turned out, they changed my life forever – but for the better! Finding out what works and helps me get my life back took years of trial and error. I started out reaching for health but I ended up finding so much more than that. Today, I can honestly say I am the happiest I have ever been.
Now I help people like you take back control over their lives and finally start feeling like themselves again so they don’t have to do it alone. If you want to know how working together could look, please email me. It would be an absolute honor to support you on your journey to better health and I cannot wait to hear from you!

I am a Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach as well as an Autoimmune Paleo Certified Coach who is honored to share my passion about health and wellness. My personal health journey is what led me to the empowering field of health coaching. For years I suffered the effects of ovarian cysts, endometriosis, migraines, Hashimoto’s thyroiditis, hypothyroidism, Epstein Barr virus, Lyme disease, adrenal fatigue and depression. When traditional methods of treatment only alleviated some of my symptoms, I began searching for answers to the root causes of my health conditions and am grateful for the transformation those changes have made and continue to make in my health journey. I understand the struggles that come with an autoimmune diagnosis and how AIP can be a game changer! Having personally benefited from the Autoimmune Protocol in addition to other lifestyle changes, I am excited to combine my knowledge and skills to help others embrace this approach that allows you to enjoy, experiment and achieve a level of balance while living with an autoimmune disease.

Hi! I am a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner helping women with RA live a better quality of life. My personal struggle with Rheumatoid Arthritis led me to AIP a few years ago and the benefits I gained from AIP motivated me to change my profession! I quit my job working as a researcher and decided to study nutritional therapy because I wanted to help other folks suffering from RA. Being an avid foodie and an experienced cook myself, I am able to provide a lot of delicious and healthy food options to my clients. I can also additionally provide cooking lessons where needed. Being of Indian origin, I have had great success working with clients of similar background as well as with vegetarian clients. I meet people where they are at and help them slowly transition towards their healthy place. I manage my RA with a combination of medications, diet and lifestyle changes and I really believe in a holistic approach towards healing. I have come a long way from being close to bed-ridden to now being able to pursue all my hobbies which include dancing and hiking! And that is the reason I am passionate about helping others to overcome their illnesses and achieve their dreams! I am the author of an AIP cookbook called as ‘AIP Indian Fusion’, which is a collection of 114 AIP recipes inspired by Indian cuisine! You can get more information about me at my website www.cook2nourish.com. If you would like to talk more regarding nutritional therapy and how it could benefit you, send me an email at [email protected].
Christelle Sabini Functional Nutritional Therapy Practitioner, Functional Diagnostic Nutrition Practitioner, AIP Certified Coach
Del Mar, California
USA
*Also Practices Virtually Worldwide
Prior to discovering the field of functional wellness, Christelle worked as a corporate language coach in France. It was during this time that she began to wonder whether the birth control pill she had been taking for years was truly benefitting her. She had been prescribed oral contraceptives as a teenager to “help regulate her cycles”, and despite the unwanted side effects, she didn’t trust her body’s ability to function correctly without them. One day, she took a leap of faith, and decided it was time to ditch the pill and become educated on all things menstrual health. To her amazement, her cycle returned without any irregularities, and over time, she learned to track the subtle signs of hormone fluctuations occurring throughout the month. Better still, she discovered how impactful diet and lifestyle could be for her overall health. This newfound empowerment sparked a fire, and, following her international wedding and move to California, she trained with the Nutritional Therapy Association and began working with clients.
After being in practice for several years, she became certified with Functional Diagnostic Nutrition so as to incorporate functional lab testing and in-depth therapeutic modalities into her service offering. Being able to look under the hood and find hidden drivers of imbalance can be the missing link for many people with “mystery symptoms”.
Christelle’s calling to dig deep and help people elucidate their health mysteries arose from her own attempt to make sense of her father’s abrupt passing when she was 12. He suffered a fatal heart attack despite being told by his GP, a few weeks prior, that he was “healthy”. Somehow, the explanations provided by the conventional medical profession in the wake of this tragedy fell flat (genetics/bad luck/etc.). After all, he was 40 years old, and had no formerly diagnosed pathology. Looking back, she believes that he had all the telltale signs of metabolic disease. Unfortunately, this was back in the 90’s, when low-fat diets, margarine, and refined flour were deemed “wellness trends”. It took years for her to transform her trauma into a quest to find answers – for herself and for her clients.
She often works with individuals who have also gone through similar traumatic life events, and while the scope of her practice is limited to physical wellness, she is deeply aware of the subtle body – mind interactions, and the ways in which trauma drives physical imbalance, particularly autoimmunity.
Today, she continues to consult with clients 1:1. She is also active in the French-speaking holistic health education space, teaching alongside likeminded practitioners.
As a Hashimoto’s patient herself, Christelle has profound empathy for those who suffer in silence. She loves to help her clients to find bio-individual solutions. Her approach is truly holistic.
Nellie Savage BHSc. Clinical Nutrition

Hello! My name is Nellie Savage. I’m a degree-trained Clinical Nutritionist using a highly personalised nutritional medicine approach – I look for the “why” of what’s happening for you and together we work to find an approach that meets your needs.
The AIP protocol is profoundly healing. I came across it when looking for solutions for my Mum, who has Hashimoto’s (autoimmune thyroid disease) and was struggling with fatigue, weight, and sky-high antibodies, despite being medicated for many years. Within a very short time of implementing AIP, her antibodies normalised and she felt (and looked!) like a different person, and dropped 10kg in the process. We were then able to personalise it and identify the foods that were causing her the most problem.
I also have lived experience of using AIP for mental health, and was able to avoid the progression of early Hashimoto’s. My clients have also found it profoundly healing for stubborn weight issues, inflammatory, insulin resistant and pre-diabetic conditions.
AIP is best implemented as part of a wholistic and well-monitored approach to your health. I believe the best outcomes are achieved when we work as a team, blending your knowledge and experience of your health concerns (nobody knows it better!) with my clinical experience and understanding.
And lashings of self-compassion, kindness and support! 😊
Give me a call, and let’s talk about where things are at for you right now.
Nicole Calamia Nutritional Therapy Practitioner

Hi there,
I’m Nicole Calamia, founder of Phoenix Nutritional Therapy. I’m also a certified Nutritional Therapy Practitioner, a certified Autoimmune Protocol Coach, and a licensed RESTART instructor.
Nutrition and fitness were always a deep interest of mine; however, in my mid-30s, I began to experience unbearable daily symptoms: nausea, dizziness, inflammation, a constant dry cough, a recurring rash on my neck and chest, fatigue, and joint pain so debilitating that I couldn’t sleep at night or drive with the air conditioner on in my car. In 2014, I even passed out and ended up with a concussion. I woke up every morning dreading the idea of going to work – and the idea of maintaining a social life? Forget it.
I visited countless specialists and invested countless dollars into trying to reclaim my health. All my lab tests looked good and all my exams came back benign and unrevealing; not one doctor could identify a possible root cause for my symptoms regardless of their efforts. I felt like no one understood me. I felt scared, alone, and defeated, but mostly I felt angry.
It wasn’t until I discovered nutritional therapy that I began to heal. Now, through Phoenix Nutritional Therapy, I empower women from all over the United States who struggle with fatigue, digestive distress, chronic pain, and/or an autoimmune diagnosis to finally understand what’s going on with their body so they can take charge of their health and lead full, vibrant lives.
There’s a happier, healthier version of yourself waiting for you on the other side. Don’t let another day get away. Let’s do this…together.
Laurie Brooks Nutritional Therapy Practitioner

Howdy, y’all! I’m Laurie from the great state of Texas! Personalized nutrition and lifestyle changes made the biggest difference on my health journey which inspired me to become a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner and AIP Certified Coach and help others, either in person or remotely.
At 37 years old after experiencing chronic hives over 80% of my body for 8 months straight and consulting with 7-10 different doctors, I was finally diagnosed with Hashimoto’s, estrogen dominance and adrenal fatigue. Six months later, I elected for surgical menopause, sought out holistic alternatives and began treatment with Armour Thyroid and bio-identical hormone therapy, slowly bringing my body back into balance.
About four years later by process of elimination, I discovered that gluten was causing a health relapse that included chronic migraine headaches. Going gluten-free allowed me to put my Hashimoto’s into remission until the fall of 2019, when my hives returned. Once again, all the usual lab tests came back “normal”, and I was left to research solutions and find the root cause of my symptoms on my own.
This experience left me with a deep-felt desire to help women suffering from symptoms resulting from autoimmune diagnoses to be educated and informed so that they can feel empowered and in control of their prognosis to become their own health advocate. I provide them with a greater understanding of how to plan and prepare meals and activities that build up their bodies, to have reduced symptoms, more energy and long-lasting health to do what they enjoy most in life.
I am looking forward to showing you how to feel healthy for a change!
